Welcome to Borby! A quiet residential area in Eckernförde, only a short walk from the town centre and also a small Baltic Sea beach is only 900m away.
Are you looking for pure summer feeling? This beautiful holiday home is ideal for that!

Treat yourself to some time off and enjoy some time together with the whole family in the beautiful Baltic Sea region. The holiday home is a freshly completed new building and has been furnished in a maritime style with great attention to detail - up to 4 people are offered plenty of space for comfort on approx. 95m².
The open-plan living area scores points for its many floor-to-ceiling windows, which flood the room with light, as well as its well thought-out furnishings with a cosy, maritime ambience. From here you also have direct access to the terrace of the approx. 300m² garden. On the lawn, your children have plenty of space to romp and play, and a football goal is also available here. During the day you can sunbathe in the garden and in the evening you can end the day with a barbecue or sit on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine - a holiday at the Baltic Sea can be so beautiful!
A special highlight of the semi-detached house is definitely the ultra-modern kitchen with cooking island, which is open to the living area: Here, hobby cooks will get their money's worth! It is easy to prepare tasty meals, because the kitchen has all the appliances you need for a comfortable holiday.
For a good night's sleep, the "Borbyer Perle" has two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both rooms have been furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed, one of which even has another flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom with ground-level shower and rain shower head, washbasin and WC is also located on the ground floor.

Should the weather not really cooperate, there are plenty of things to do with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a music system, a small holiday library and board games.

In addition, the holiday home has underfloor heating and your car can be conveniently parked directly in front of the house.

Beautiful house in a quiet location

We were guests for 2 weeks. The house is very quiet in a side street but within walking distance to the city centre and the harbour. The house is very nicely furnished, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need from pans, pots, toasters. Even a mixer and kitchen scales are available, as well as salt, pepper, sponge, washing-up liquid etc

Beautiful house in a quiet location

The house is located very quietly, yet the city center is quickly accessible. The landlords are very nice and attentive. The furnishings are high quality and tasteful. We would have appreciated a bit more cutlery and a confirmation of the payment receipt.

The house is tastefully and high-quality furnished. Everything looks very modern and well thought out, yet cozy. Practicality is also considered in the house. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of plates and cups, pots and pans, various glasses, cereal bowls, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine even with accompanying coffee scoop, everything is really well thought out, and cooking on the freestanding kitchen island is very enjoyable. The beds and bathrooms also offer very good comfort, and the closets provide ample space.
