Location and surroundings of object
The surroundings are very quiet.
The nearest shop is less then 1 km from the house, restaurants are only 6 km from Polje Čepić and the nearest supermarket is 11 km from the house.
The beaches are just minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants serving Istrian and seafood.
Villa Mario is a good starting point for visiting beautiful beaches, driving around Istria, visiting wine routes, olive groves and medieval towns.
The city of Labin, which is 15 km from the house, is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone streets, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors.

A Dream in Yellow
The Villa Mario is a small paradise.
Those seeking peace and relaxation are in the right place. A beautiful, spotlessly clean house with a huge garden and a pool that is illuminated in the evenings.
We felt absolutely at home here.
Everything you need is available, and it's not the usual Ikea stuff but everything is nice and of high quality.
Upon arrival, there was bread, beer, and a lovingly arranged platter with salami, ham, and cheese, and as a farewell, a small gift. For us, 2 beautiful weeks and a clear recommendation ❤️

Ultra complete and sparkling clean holiday home.
Villa Mario is by far the best holiday home we have ever had. The amenities are perfect, we lacked nothing. The location is very quiet, at night you can hear the nightingale singing. The cleanliness in the house, surroundings, and in the pool is perfect. Everything worked. It's like moving into a completely new house as the first tenant. However, you have to drive several kilometers for shops, restaurants, sights, etc. You are in the countryside. The holiday home is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. There are also plenty of play equipment available.

Beautiful well-maintained house...TOP
We were five people and a dog in Villa Mario for a week.
Such a dear landlord, very warm-hearted... everything top...
When we arrived, there was a cold cuts and cheese platter, bread, and beer in the fridge as a welcome.
The neighbors are also so nice and brought us grapes.
Everything we needed was there... very beautiful villa...
When the vacation was over, Mario came to say goodbye to us and gave us a small gift.
Lots of love to your family, dear Mario.

Fantastic
Holiday Happiness in Nowhere
The older ones surely still know the hit song from the twenties of the last century: "A little house at the end of the world, put up by luck.... "
This is how it feels when you arrive at the sunny yellow Villa Mario in Cepic Polje in Krsan County. The small village is very quietly situated just over 10 kilometres from Labin, close to the Kvarner Bay
The blue of the pool water combines with the sunny yellow of the walls of the house to create a cheerful play of colours. The property is clean and well-maintained with various playground equipment and the large, heated saltwater pool. The building next to the main house is not a garage. Here you will find a large covered terrace with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Refrigerator/freezer, sink, cooker, a grill plate (plancha), cutlery, crockery and even a toilet are available here. The dream of every hobby cook
But that's not all: the modern kitchen in the main house is also more than complete. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices to cling film, it really has everything. The "rest" of the house, living/dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a utility room are not only modernly furnished, but also spotlessly clean. Good WiFi and a large flat-screen TV are a matter of course, as is the fact that the rooms are air-conditioned. A house where you feel at home from the first moment
I have seen countless holiday homes and flats in over 30 years as a travel journalist. Villa Mario puts most of them in this category in the shade
5 stars plus, plus a very friendly landlord who surprises arriving guests with a cheese/ham platter, bread and drinks
