Here you can arrive and slow down, relax and have fun. In addition to secluded retreats and places in nature that invite you to linger, there is also plenty of space for play and activity.
The Alp Chalet seminar and guest house in Bladerschwang is perfect for unwinding, recharging your batteries and relaxing. You can also make your holiday active by going on long hikes or mountain bike tours in the beautiful surroundings of the Allgäu Alps. Complement your stay with fitness courses and yoga sessions. We have competent and sensitive teachers for these. With our holiday flat for seminar groups, families or company events, the Alp Chalet seminar and guest house in Balderschwang offers up to 14 beds.
The holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchen and three or two bathrooms. In addition, there is the possibility of booking further rooms with their own bathrooms. In our recreation room, table football, billiard table and other games are available to pass the time. The outdoor area of the seminar and guest house is lovingly and generously designed. You can expect a terrace, a large lawn for sunbathing and a beautifully designed barbecue area, which offers space for pleasant hours. Shared use of the barbecue area is possible by arrangement.

The lovingly designed seminar and guest house in Balderschwang is located in the middle of the Allgäu between Sonthofen and Oberstaufen. Surrounded by fantastic mountains, the region around Balderschwang offers many leisure activities. In summer, you can go hiking, mountain biking, visit numerous nearby wellness oases, attend yoga classes and much more. In winter, Balderschwang is a varied family ski resort with over 40 kilometres of slopes and 13 mountain railways and ski lifts. Many other ski resorts can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

Supplement your holiday or seminar with guided mountain bike tours (MTB and e-bike hire available), fitness courses and yoga sessions. We have competent and empathetic instructors for these.

In the low season we charge a surcharge for bookings of only 2 or 3 nights. The price is then 300 euros per night.
