Our holiday flat in Norden is ideal for a family holiday in Norden. The ground floor flat with its own terrace consists of a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 1.80 wide double bed and a children's room with bunk bed. Adjacent to the children's room (passage room) is a modern shower room with window, WC, floor-deep rain shower, washstand and washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining table will be the focal point for meals. There is space for your car in front of the house and your bicycles are in good hands in the garage.

Our flat is conveniently located in Norden. You can be at the market, supermarkets, bakery or in the pedestrian zone within a few minutes. Norden offers you many possibilities such as shopping, museums, restaurants and pubs. It is about 5 km to the district of Norddeich and thus to the North Sea and the passenger ships to Norderney and Juist.

| Norden charges a spa tax of €1.20 in winter and €2.50 in summer per night per person over the age of 16. Additional costs for a pet 30€ per booking. Of course, the pet must be registered and also booked at the time of booking. You should also make sure that your pet is not left alone in the flat at any time and under any circumstances. Pets are expressly not allowed in the beds, on the furnishings, chairs, sofas or similar. Should this nevertheless be the case, you will have to pay for any costs incurred without discussion. This also applies, of course, to pet hair in the bed linen and duvets as well as in the towels. All pet waste should be disposed of in the designated containers and not in the household waste. We ask you to rinse and dry the pet outside after a visit to the sea. Under no circumstances should this be done inside the holiday property. If the drains need to be cleaned after your stay, you will be charged for the cost. |
