This beautiful holiday home Mevika is located directly on the Trondheimsleia.
The house has 2 residential units, is renovated and very cozily furnished.
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, internet, final cleaning.
The upper floor has approx. 100 sqm.
- 4 bedrooms
- 2x bathrooms with shower and WC, underfloor heating, laundry room.
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 500L freezer.
- living room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining area. - A small balcony on the fjord side of the house.
Outside: Terrace, garden furniture, grill, garden use, parking.
An aluminum boat 20 feet / 80 HP motorboat with steering wheel control can be rented for an additional charge of €900/week. The boat is equipped with rod holders, fish finder, GPS, chart plotter, life jackets, and laminated nautical charts.
It is possible to rent a second boat as well! (with advance reservation!)

Location and surroundings of object
The magnificent view from the holiday house of the fjord panorama is unique. In the surrounding area you will find several well-marked hiking trails. In autumn, nature offers many wild berries and mushrooms.
A shop, post office, and gas station are 8 km away on the island of Tustna.
It is only 50 m to the fjord, jetty, and boathouse. A filleting house with light and water is available for our guests. A high-pressure cleaner is available.

Holiday May 2019
At the beginning of May, four of us stayed in House Mevika for the first time.
Svetlana and Vitali are very nice and accommodating landlords.
The flat is spacious and very well equipped.
The boat is great for fishing in the Trondheimsleia.
The weather was extremely bad (rain, snow, strong wind), but this did not detract from the extremely successful fishing. We are looking forward to our next holiday with Svetlana and Vitali.
