Directly at the Trondheimsleia lies this beautiful holiday house Mevika
The house has 2 living units, is renovated and very comfortably furnished.
The upper floor has approx. 100 sqm.
- 4 bedrooms
- 2x bathrooms with shower and toilet, floor heating, laundry room.
- complete kitchen with dishwasher, 2x gerfier chests each 100L are in the house.
- Living room with fireplace, SAT-TV, dining area.
- A small balcony on the fjord side of the house.
- A drying room for wet things.
Outside: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, garden use, parking.
An aluminium boat Kaasbøll 19-foot / 50 hp motorboat with steering wheel control can be rented for an extra charge of 600€/ week. On the boat are rod holders, echo sounder, GPS, chart plotter, life jackets and laminated sea charts.
It is possible to rent a second boat of the same size! (with advance reservation!)

Location and surroundings of object
The magnificent view of the fjord panorama from the holiday home is unique. In the immediate vicinity you will find several well-marked hiking trails. In autumn, nature offers many wild berries and mushrooms.
A shop, post office and petrol station are within 8 km. Distance on the island of Tustna.
It is only 50 m. to the fjord, jetty and boathouse. The boathouse, located in the harbour, is specially equipped for fish processing and has a large covered filleting area with running water and light. In the boathouse guests will find 3 lockable rooms for storing private fishing gear.

Holiday May 2019
At the beginning of May, four of us stayed in House Mevika for the first time.
Svetlana and Vitali are very nice and accommodating landlords.
The flat is spacious and very well equipped.
The boat is great for fishing in the Trondheimsleia.
The weather was extremely bad (rain, snow, strong wind), but this did not detract from the extremely successful fishing. We are looking forward to our next holiday with Svetlana and Vitali.
