Description
Located on the outskirts of Bernbeuren, our approx. 80 sqm ground floor holiday flat. It is comfortably furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, bathroom with tub, living room with mountain view and wood-burning stove for cool yet cosy evenings (12kg wood per stay incl.).
Bedroom I (double bed), bedroom II (one bunk bed + one single bed).
The terrace is accessible from the living room and has a beautiful alpine view and a small pond (with toddler safety).
Parking space for car on the property. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed
Table tennis table, playhouse with swings (up to 35kg) and trampoline (use at your own risk) will delight not only children.
The local tourist tax of 1 € per person (from 14 years) / day is to be paid additionally.

Your holiday resort (780m above sea level) is centrally located to many excursion destinations in the Allgäu and Pfaffenwinkel
The Wieskirche World Heritage Site is 16 km away, Neuschwanstein Castle 20 km, Oberammergau and Linderhof Castle about 40 km
In the village you will find shops (bakery, butcher's shop with snack bar, groceries), restaurants, doctor's practice, pharmacy and a small museum.
Many leisure facilities are close by: tennis courts and bowling alley 200m, hiking trail 150m, Haslacher See lake with sunbathing lawn and small restaurant via cycle/pedestrian path 800m, paved paths for cycling and inline skating 200m, municipal playground 400m,
Golf course with fantastic panorama (also for non-members) 1.5km, beautifully laid out mini-golf course, pedal boating, climbing hall in Lechbruck 5km.
High ropes course in Marktoberdorf approx. 16km, great crystal thermal baths in Schwangau approx. 20km, summer toboggan run on Tegelberg in Füssen with large playground, "vaude" climbing garden (indoor + outdoor) in Füssen approx. 22km
In winter with good snow conditions to the cross-country ski run 200m, toboggan slope 50m, small practice lift on the Auerberg 3km. Your host will be happy to give you tips.

Very nice flat
The flat is super equipped, cool even in the heat and the landlords very nice and helpful. There are toys and a playhouse for children. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Alps.
The location is quiet, shopping facilities are within walking distance. You can also walk to a beautiful bathing lake in 10 minutes.
We can only recommend the flat!
