Description
The flat is located in a new building from 2019 on a former farm in the Taubach district. It is located on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m), a living room with separate kitchen and dining area, a large bathroom with tub and shower and a guest toilet. Both the access and the layout and furnishings of the flat are largely barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine is also available
The flat has its own terrace and a parking space in the courtyard.

The immediate surroundings invite you to a variety of excursions. In 400 m you can reach the Ilmtal cycle path, which leads off the roads almost flat to the centre 5 km away. Belvedere Castle with its beautiful castle park and the Hain Tower can be reached on well-developed hiking trails in a good 2 km
The city bus (line 1) is only a 2-minute walk away and the railway station in Mellingen, from where trains to Erfurt and Jena run regularly, is only 15 minutes away.

Top accommodation in a prime location near the city center.
One of 2 architects renovated apartment with great attention to detail. Very spacious 90 sqm. Good value for money, very nice landlords, great location (10 minutes by car to the city center of Weimar) beautifully located in the Ilm valley. Very clean apartment, fully equipped. Highly recommended for families with children.

Dream vacation in a dream apartment in a dream location.
We spent 10 magical days in Taubach.
The place, the nature, and simply the feeling of being on vacation were beautiful.
We were greeted very friendly and there was always time for a little chat.
Thanks to the landlords, who have thought of everything and even invited us to their barbecue party.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

All-around great.
We really enjoyed our vacation in this very beautiful, bright and friendly furnished, quiet holiday apartment, where nothing is missing. The landlords are super friendly and helpful and always have one or the other tip ready. The location is great and we didn't need the car for two weeks: you can cycle wonderfully along the Ilm to Weimar, trips to Erfurt and Jena are also possible by train. Shopping facilities can be easily reached by bike. Overall, the area is very well suited for culture and sightseeing as well as for cycling and hiking. A perfect mix! And afterwards, you can end the day with a glass of wine in the beautifully blooming courtyard or comfortably on the sofa. Absolutely recommendable!

Top holiday apartment
Everything is new and very tastefully furnished, nothing is missing! Great, quiet location!
This is definitely our first choice if we travel to this region again.
