Description

Our small apartment complex is in a very quiet location and is only about 150 metres from the centre of the village of Buren. The supermarket, bakery, café and restaurant are only a few minutes' walk away. The beach can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a small infrared sauna in the flat. Furthermore, there is a Finnish sauna on the ground floor of the complex, which you can use free of charge. The spacious living/dining room has a dining area for 6 people and a comfortable 2 and 3-seater sofa as well as a flat-screen TV with Smart TV. Netflix streaming is possible with your own account. A DVD player is available and various games are at your disposal. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with all the amenities you need on holiday. The flat has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two box spring beds and a bathroom with infrared sauna and a corner shower. The second bedroom also has two box-spring beds and its own bathroom. This is equipped with a washbasin and whirlpool. There are wardrobes in both bedrooms. A separate WC provides the necessary privacy. The penthouse is generously proportioned. A glass wall across the entire width of the building ensures optimal light incidence - the living-kitchen-dining area is beautifully bright. A balcony door gives access from the living room to the roof terrace, which has comfortable terrace furniture. Enjoy the beautiful view from there and relax on the garden loungers even in summer after taking a sauna. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat.

Our penthouse is located in the Aparthotel Kooiker in the small village of Buren and is only about 150 metres from the centre of Buren. The supermarket, bakery, café and restaurant are only a few minutes' walk away. The beach is also within walking distance in about 15 minutes. From the flat, you can start great cycling tours or simply enjoy a delicious meal on foot in the evening.
