The Residenz Meeresbrandung is by a 1st location directly on the beach and promenade of Duhnen. The modern flat house is equipped with a swimming pool and sauna. Each flat has its own parking space, underground parking is also available on request for a fee. Within a radius of 400 metres you can reach the bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, souvenir shops, kiosk, grocery shop, hairdresser, estate agent, pubs, boutiques, the fun pool ahoi with sea wave pool, thalasso centre and fitness centre to the west of the Residenz Meeresbrandung
All flats are equipped with high-quality furniture. Of the 15 flats rented out in the Residenz Meeresbrandung, 7 flats have 2 flat-screen TVs of at least 32 inches in size. ! 10 flats are equipped with comfort upholstered beds with 70 cm lying height. All flats have high-quality mattresses so that you really have a holiday with us.
The swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current system. Furthermore, a sauna is included in your rental price, which you can use at any time, every day from 15:00 without prior notice.

Flat 10 is located in house 1. The flat has a beautiful bright living room with fitted kitchen and large flat screen TV.
In the bedroom with a 70 cm high comfort bed and sliding door wardrobe you can sleep wonderfully. The small but comfortable bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet ! Behind the entrance door is a small vestibule with wardrobe. The flat is equipped with high-quality carpeting.
