Enjoy pure nature on the panorama terrace and the large SummerWiese! Already at breakfast you can enjoy the light and the landscape. Let the evening sun warm you and experience southern sunsets with a glass of wine
And on the cooler days in winter, make yourself comfortable in front of the pellet stove with a view of the crackling fire
You can also experience space, space and breathing in nature on hikes or bike tours around Wennedach and Sommershausen Castle or the surrounding area
Built in 2021, this premium holiday home is approx. 45m² and is divided into a cosy living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a pretty bedroom with double bed, a modern bathroom and a technical room. Three large glass doors lead from the bedroom, the living room and the dining kitchen directly onto the panoramic terrace, which extends across the entire southwest front of the house. In the south area, the terrace is designed as a pergola with separate lighting. From the terrace you go via a small staircase directly into the 12-acre natural garden - our SummerWiese, home to many small animals.
Optimal conditions for a perfect stay are the extensive furnishings of the holiday home
In the living room there is a large corner sofa (3.10 x 1.70 m), which you can also use for sleeping, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a pellet stove with viewing window
The small but fully equipped L-shaped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine has everything you need on holiday. And from the breakfast table you have a dreamlike view over the valley.
In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, a comfortable walk-in shower (90 x 120 cm) with rain shower and a WC.
The fitted kitchen and bathroom have a modern concrete look and contrast beautifully with the solid wood walls of the house.
In the bedroom you will find a 180 x 200 cm double bed. The cold foam mattresses, hardness level 3, are test winners at Stiftung Warentest (issue 4/2020). You can watch TV from the bed via the second TV in the house. You can store your clothes in the sliding wardrobe.
The living/dining area and the bedroom have high-quality oiled oak parquet flooring. Oiled parquet flooring is characterised by a warm walking feeling and a great feel. In addition, wood is a material that does not collect dust and thus keeps the air quality healthy.
The holiday home can be heated either by the electric underfloor heating or in winter by the modern pellet stove.
Throughout the holiday home you have free high-speed internet access via WLAN. The price also includes a Netflix subscription. This allows you to watch movies for free at any time
Of course, we also provide you with bed linen and towels free of charge.
The holiday home costs EUR 85 per night, and only EUR 76.50 per night if you waive the cancellation option.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a sunny south-west-facing slope on the outskirts of Wennedach. It was built of solid wood in 2020/2021. It will be available for friends and nice people from July 2021.
The large panoramic terrace (12 x 3 m) with a distant view over the valley is simply brilliant. The three large patio doors let a lot of light into the house and make it bright and friendly inside
Wennedach is a district of the town of Ochsenhausen. The holiday home is 8 km from the town centre. Biberach an der Riss is 11 km away with its historical town centre of half-timbered and Renaissance buildings, which is well worth seeing
Around the village of Wennedach and the little castle Sommershausen with its arboretum a few hundred metres away you can make wonderful walks or bicycle tours. A few metres from the holiday home there is a garage with two bicycles for you. You are also welcome to park your own bicycles there.
For wellness and bathing fun, we recommend the nearby Jordanbad thermal bath with sauna village and fitness area (approx. 10km).
The nearest shopping facilities and cafés/restaurants are in the neighbouring villages of Reinstetten and Maselheim, which are both approx. 3000 metres away.

Great compliment
Once again, a big compliment on your little house in Wennedach. Architecture, inside and out, is tastefully designed, technically perfect and of a high standard. Great!
We liked it very much. We will be happy to come to SummerWiese in Wennedach again sometime. We usually plan at short notice. Then we'll try our luck with you again and get in touch.

thank you very much for the wonderful stay in your holiday home
a very nice week for us and we would come again at any time.
We liked it very much in Upper Swabia, we were in Biberach, in Ochsenhausen (walking along the Krummbach and at the monastery in the basilica, which was very impressive) and went on the Öchsle, which was super cool.
The solution with the blinds between the window panes is a great solution from a thermal point of view. The only small problem is that it was light so early in the morning, so you were awake a bit early, but that's usually the case on holiday.
Before we left, we told your neighbour that water was leaking in the shower at the back left
