Great location, clean apartment.
The location of the apartment is very good, as it is not far from the beach.
The apartment was ready before the agreed time and we were able to move in already. Everything was very clean and the garden with the covered terrace is really nice.
What deducts some points are the bed and the couch. Both make quite a bit of noise and may need to be replaced. We always had quite a bit of back pain in the mornings. A nice corner couch would provide even more coziness.

Facilities quite worn-out
When booking, the apartment looked very well-maintained in the pictures, but unfortunately, upon arrival, the apartment did not appear as fresh and the garden was very untidy. While everything was there, especially the bed (squeaky and creaky) should be replaced... the cleanliness in the bathroom also left something to be desired! The additional linen package we booked made us smile, as it was put together from three different sets of linens. We haven't encountered that before.
