Interior:
The holiday home consists of two identical flats. Each flat is suitable for up to 6 persons. Equipped with spacious living room with underfloor heating, cosy wood-burning stove, Smart TV with internet, open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and ceramic hob. Furnished with cosy dining area, sitting area with sofa bed.
Sun terrace and south-facing garden with garden furniture and wood storage, from which you can use unlimited wood
Upstairs : two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. Cot available on request. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Surroundings:
The house is located in the nature protection area " the Broumovské Stěny" (the Walls at Broumov). The famous rock park of Adršpach and Teplice is even within short (walking) distance (5 km). The sandstone rock formations of Adršpach are world-famous and attract thousands of tourists every year. Therefore, this region is well developed touristically with many hiking and cycling routes, mountain sports and horse riding. A riding school with horses and ponies is 5 km away. This region is very suitable for an active holiday. Within walking distance (2.5 km) is a new entertainment centre Walzelcentrum with bowling alley, shooting range, climbing walls for young and old, wine shop, restaurant, fitness centre and salt cave. There are outdoor swimming pools in Meziměstí (3 km), Teplice (5 km), Police (10 km) and a number of swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity. There is also a fishing pond 3 km away. In summer, there are cultural programmes with theatre and a series of classical concerts in the special surroundings of baroque churches in the villages, and in the monastery church and garden of Broumov Monastery. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful 9-hole Grosshof golf course in Broumov. There is also an excursion programme for guests including a hiking day, visit to a beer brewery, the Krzeszów monastery, the Osówka area with the underground works from World War II, Ksias Castle in Walbrzych. These excursions are under Dutch guidance. The area around the house is special because of the many birds, game, that can stay here because of the peace and quiet.

Location and surroundings of object
Location:
On the border of Poland and the Czech Republic 35 km east of Trutnov and in close proximity to the rock towns of Adrspach and Teplice nad Metuji are these holiday homes
On the outskirts of the village of Vernerovice, 40 km east of the Giant Mountains, in the vicinity of a shop and restaurant (300 m) lie these 2 holiday flats and a mini camping site. The 2 identical flats were built in a former hay barn more than 100 years old, equipped with modern comfort while maintaining the atmosphere. You have a wide view over the fields and wooded mountains. Don't be surprised if deer or roe deer are fellow users of your garden.
Heating throughout the house and flats is by wood-burning stoves, electricity and solar collectors.
With the new building, we built with respect for the old, but used the latest technology to be as energy efficient as possible. Hot water comes from solar boilers, there is underfloor heating throughout the building and insulation has been brought up to the highest level.
On our premises, we have our own water treatment plant, so that all our waste water goes cleanly into the stream. With this environment, our philosophy is to live and let live naturally.
Our guests report that the atmosphere of peace, space and healthy walks, does them good.
