On the ground floor lives the caretaker of the house with her two friendly dogs.

You also have access to all kinds of games, a dartboard and a table tennis table.

The house has a garden of 4000 m2.
Completely fenced and equipped with a playground, trampoline, fireplace and barbecue hut.

Location and surroundings of object
The Březová community belongs to the municipality of Meziměsti.
It is located in the middle of the nature reserves of Broumovské Steny, Teplicke Skaly and the rock town of Adrspach.
This area is very suitable for hiking and mountain biking. The hiking and mountain biking trails are very well signposted.
And in winter it is ideal for cross-country skiing, especially cross-country
Further nearby is the Gory Stolowe National Park in Poland with its natural rock labyrinth. In winter this is a beautiful area for cross-country skiing and this area offers numerous cross-country skiing trails
There are also 2 ski resorts nearby (Teplice and Janovicky, 8 and 16 km), which are very suitable for beginners.
There is also the possibility to take ski lessons.
The bigger ski resorts are about 40 km away.
