Welcome to Niendorf on the Baltic Sea.
The Fischerhus is approx. 110m² in size and is equipped for a maximum of 4 people.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather corner sofa set
There is also a large flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system.
A beautiful dining area is connected to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, as well as fridge
with a large freezer compartment.
The two bedrooms each have double beds (1.80 x 2.00m).
The bathroom is equipped with a large ground-level shower (12ox90) Hairdryer is available in the bathroom.
To the south side is the spacious terrace with parasol and garden furniture
In the garden we have a beach chair for cosy hours in the sun
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
This is a non-smoking house.

Again and again, gladly!!!
We have already been guests at the Neumann family in Niendorf twice and would be very happy to return.
The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, it is clean and just as described.
We also had the "Wlan problem" last year, but it was resolved with a new router.
The house is quiet, yet very central, so you can reach the promenade, beach, bike rental, shopping opportunities, bars/restaurants, etc. in just a few minutes on foot. We thank you for a great vacation and the nice contact.

Hot water for showering takes forever to arrive.

Beautiful detached holiday home
We love to look back on this vacation. The accommodation, located in a quiet side street/dead end, is perfect for a relaxed family vacation. The house is very spacious, clean and modern. We lacked nothing. The large entrance area was perfect for our "family shoe collection", jackets, bathing accessories, surfboards, etc. The large living-dining area with access to the terrace (which is divided into a dining/grilling area and a chill lounge with beautiful terrace furniture) and the large garden were fantastic. If you haven't had enough of the beach, you could also end the day/evening in the garden beach chair (like we did).
From the living room, you enter a small corridor to the bathroom (which also has a door to the garden), the bedroom, and the kitchen. From the kitchen, you enter the second bedroom. The room layout is perfect for a bungalow-style house!!!
The contact with the landlords beforehand and also at the greeting was warm, friendly, and helpful. We arrived a little earlier... which was no problem at all for the landlords. We were able to park the car in the garden, grab our bathing things, and spend the first few hours at the beach. After handing over the key, we were surprised with a welcome reception with champagne and gummy bears, which we were very happy about and immediately felt welcome.
Through a small alley, you can reach the beach/beach promenade in no time (150 m). It is also not far on foot to Edeka. You can walk to the cute harbor relaxed about 800 m. Niendorf is small, manageable, not a big tourist hustle and bustle, some restaurants... recommended for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and are not looking for a party mile.
As an excursion right on the spot, the harbor and the bird park are highly recommended. But Travemünde and Lübeck are also very worth seeing!!!
We will definitely come back! Thanks to the landlords Fam. Neumann!

Super accommodation close to the beach
The furnishings were of a very high quality and left nothing to be desired, plus the whole holiday home was very clean. Everything was very lovingly decorated and a bottle of sparkling wine was in the cooler as a welcome. Parking on the property was possible, bicycles were available for rent. The cottage was as described very close to the beach and corresponded to the complete description. The landlords were cordial and open-minded. We will gladly come again.

Beautiful house in a great location
The beautiful holiday home is ideally located, quiet and you can quickly reach the promenade. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house is very nicely furnished, nothing is missing.
The large garden with nice seating invites you to relax! We were lucky and could also use it. There are many possibilities to explore the surroundings and there are great places to eat. Gladly again!!!
