In the Elbe River Landscape UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the small historic town of Lenzen, you will find our small Finnish cottage Seeblick directly on Lake Rudow. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2017 and furnished to a high standard in a modern style. It has a spacious living room, which is connected to the dining area and the high-quality and fully equipped kitchen. From the light-flooded living room you reach the upper floor where the bedroom with lake view is located. Equipped with a comfortable box spring bed with 2 separate mattresses and 2 single beds, it offers enough space for max. 4 persons. An in-house air-conditioning unit in the bedroom can provide pleasant coolness on hot summer nights on request. The small but perfectly adequate bathroom with shower at ground level can be accessed from the kitchen area. The extensive bathroom equipment with towel heating, toilet with integrated bidet and washbasin with huge storage space makes you feel at home. Through the large floor-to-ceiling living room window, the light flashing of the lake's water surface can be observed from the comfortable sofa through the well-tended garden. As soon as you arrive and enter the 400 sqm corner property with a distance to the lake of only 20 m, you will look forward to reading the book you brought with you on the approx. 20 sqm sun terrace. With our provided gas barbecue you do not have to do without your barbecue evening in this holiday home. The electrically extendable awning and a large parasol will protect you during lunchtime
In the recreation area around Rudower See, you will immerse yourself in the nature of the Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve and will not want to go home again.

The over 1000 year old town of Lenzen is only 1.5 km away from the natural river Elbe. From here you can start delightful exploratory trips by bike or by car.

In order to immerse themselves even more in the beautiful nature of the lakes and Elbe landscapes, our guests receive a map to our private lake in the middle of the meadow polders of the Lenzerwische when a booking is made. Here the field larch still sings and the white-tailed eagle circles over the meadows. The stork patiently searches for the next frog and the swallows snap at the insects above the glittering water surface. Welcome to the silence of nature!

Holiday home with great facilities
Top equipment .. as good as new .. watching TV via wifi (unfortunately not possible one day)
Beautiful covered terrace .. close to the lake .. in a holiday home area, therefore many neighbors, but nice for hiking around the lake .. suitable for 2 people! Car is needed ..!

Vacation log cabin
The Finnish cottage is super beautiful and wonderfully situated. The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt incredibly comfortable and definitely recommend the accommodation! The landlords are incredibly nice and the booking was done without any problems. It was a great vacation! Thank you for letting us be there!

Vacation at the lake
We had a very nice vacation and were able to recover well from the everyday stress.
The landlords are very nice and helpful if there is any problem. The Finnish cabin is very well equipped and has everything you need.
The location is also very good, close to the lake. One minute and you are in the water. We took advantage of that several times a day.

Great Finn Cottage
There were two of us and we were very satisfied with our time in the area and in the Finn cottage. During our stay it was very quiet in the bungalow settlement. The carefully and tastefully renovated Finnhütte lacks nothing for a comfortable stay. The location of the cottage on the outer edge of the bungalow settlement is excellent. The lake very close to the terrace is ideal for activities with water sports equipment. There is plenty of cycling in the area, and an extensive and well-marked network of cycle paths leaves nothing to be desired.
