Description
The house is located in the very well maintained park Port Greve, 5 minutes from the harbor and beach of the Grevelingenmeer. The open sea lies behind the Brouwersdam at a distance of about 5 km and is easily accessible by car or bicycle. There you can watch seals close to the beach. 10 km away is Zierikzee, a very cozy, typical Dutch fishing village with small shops and many restaurants. The weekly market takes place there every Thursday. In the high season, there are also evening markets in the vicinity. It is possible to rent a canoe to row on the canals. The Neeltje Jans delta project is also nearby. The cycle paths are very well marked and numbered. For divers, the Grevelingenmeer is always popular and sought after because of its very clean water. There are good bus connections directly from the site to the surrounding towns, Rotterdam is also easily accessible from there.

The park is very family friendly. There is a swimming pool with a large slide, several playgrounds and children's entertainment.
There is a supermarket in the park with a wide range of products. Aldi and Lidl can be found in Zierikzee, and there is a Plus store in Scharendijke.
Middelburg is about 30 km away, where there is always a large market on Thursdays.

Holiday
The holiday was very nice. The house? had everything you could possibly need. Beds and bedding were tip-top, as was everything else in the house. If it is feasible, we will come again. ?

Relaxed family vacation
We had a very nice time in this great holiday apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. Especially the extensive equipment for toddlers (0 and 2 years) was perfect for our holiday.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful and quiet park. The only thing we missed was a Senseo coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was available that you need for a cozy vacation. The equipment was very well maintained and the furnishings very tasteful. There was also plenty of space. In the stunning garden, nothing is lacking.
The beds are not saggy, and the blankets/pillows are like new.
The caretaker couple is very friendly and had good tips for us. The contact with the landlady was very nice, and inquiries were answered quickly. We felt very comfortable and can only express a recommendation.

We are a family with 4 children and live in Aachen, close to the Dutch and Belgian border. Before we bought the holiday home, we travelled with a caravan for many years. In the meantime we have become a bit more comfortable, which is why we were looking for accommodation by the sea, but preferably not too far away from our current home. The location, the park and the proximity of the sea offer everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.
