Description
Forest, beach, rest, large garden, pony, rabbits, sheep. Just a few words that describe our holiday home. Here is the pleasure for young and old.
The 60 m2 house has a comfortable bright living room with a beautiful open kitchen. There are two comfortable sofas in the living room, there is enough storage space in the closets and there is a TV, everything you need to relax. There are four chairs around the separate dining table, and a children's chair is also available if necessary.
We have a horse, a pony, many rabbits and sheep.

Location and surroundings of object
The beaches of Oostkapelle are well maintained and there are various play equipment for the children and has been crowned the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times.
The Oranjezon nature reserve
Oranjezon is a nature reserve and is approximately 400 hectares in size, it is located on the Zeeland peninsula of Walcheren, very close to Oostkapelle. It operated as a water collection area until 1995 and supplied drinking water to Middelburg and later Walcheren.

We felt comfortable all around and would gladly come back.
We felt very comfortable, very nice and friendly host family. Very good parking available right at the house. In the small kitchenette, nothing stands in the way of one's own cooking desire. The sofa and armchair were very comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast in the fresh air outside after the very good nights. Pleasantly quiet location, just a few minutes' walk to the town center. The beach is about 3 km away, easily reachable on foot, by bike, or by car. We would have liked to stay longer.

Everything is great 10/10
Great holiday apartment! Excellent location. Bicycle shed available. Wonderful stay in Oostkapelle. Everything you need is there. The playground and the animals are especially great for children.

All in all, very friendly and nice.

The center of Oostkapelle is easily reachable on foot. The beach is 2.5 km away. The supermarket is about 200 m away.

A completely beautiful week has come to an end much too quickly.
Lovingly furnished apartment, where nothing was missing.
The Blaas family is very nice and open-minded. The contact with the animals made our stay even more enjoyable.
Supermarket and small shops are all within walking distance in a few minutes.
The bike path, right in front of the house, invites you to beautiful bike tours.

Despite the concerns regarding the oven, as well as the ventilation, the apartment is nice and functional.
The landlords are super friendly and very attentive! The apartment matches the description and is completely sufficient if you do a lot and don't expect luxury. It is a pity that in the living and cooking area there is a window for ventilation, but only one window that cannot be opened, as well as a skylight that can only be opened via a handle on cords. Upstairs in the two bedrooms, you can open the roof and bay windows. The bathroom and toilet are separate and also without windows, but when the light is turned on, the ventilation starts running. Furthermore, the entrance is a front of windows with a door that opens to the driveway to the back house. We found the gas stove (there is also a gas heating system with radiators for heating) to be very questionable, as the exhaust pipe looked very leaky. Regarding the ventilation, the landlord should possibly keep an eye on this, as cooking is done with gas.

Angenehm ruhige Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Ortsmitte. In ca. 3km ist der Strand zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein.
Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
Das Zentrum von Oostkapelle ist gut zu Fusserreichbar. Der Strand ist 2,5km entfernt. Supermarkt ist etwa 200m entfernt.
Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung , in der es an nichts gefehlt hat.
Die Familie Blaas ist sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Der Kontakt mit den Tieren hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner werden lassen.
Supermarkt und kleine Geschäfte sind alle fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Fahrradweg,direkt vor dem Haus, lädt zu schönen Radtouren ein.
keinen Luxus erwartet .
Es ist schade , dassim Wohn und Kochbereich eine Fenster zum Lüften sind , sondern nur ein Fenster das man nicht öffnen kann , sowie ein Dachfenster , wo nur der Griff über Bänder zu öffnen sind .
Oben in den beiden Schlafzimmern , kann man das Dach und Ausbaufenster öffnen .
Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und ebenfalls ohne Fenster , aber beim Licht einschalten , fängt jeweils die Lüftung an zu laufen . Desweiteren ist der Eingang eine Fenterfront mit Tür , die zur Auffahrt zum Hinterhaus aufgeht .
Sehr grenzwertig , fanden wir den Gasofen(es ist auch eine Gasheizung mit Heizkörpern zum heizen vorhanden)der bezüglich des Abgasrohr , sehr undicht aussah . Bezüglich des lüftens sollt man eventuell hier mal seitens des Vermieter ein Auge drauf haben , da auch mit Gas gekocht wird .
