Our Seehaus Maria is a sophisticated holiday home directly on the lake for max. 5 people. The house has a waterfront plot with a sun terrace and a jetty. The house is equipped like a comfortable detached house.
The charming and homely furnished holiday home is located in the Marina Mücheln at the Geiseltalsee. There are two private parking spaces on the property. The entrance is on the land side, and there is a boat garage next to the house. A boat (rowing or motor boat) can be rented in the immediate vicinity. Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and a crane facility are in the immediate vicinity.

- Kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen with oven, electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer

water cooker, all crockery. In the kitchen there is a kitchen table for 2 persons and a round porthole
and a round porthole with view into the living room and the lake.

Outdoor area and general equipment:
There is cosy underfloor heating throughout the house, for hot summers the underfloor heating can also cool, in addition the bedrooms have automatic air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the house, insect screens ( or door ) on 1 window per room, shutters on almost all windows, lockable window handles, children's high chair (free of charge), baby cot (free of charge), lake terrace and jetty with a bathing ladder, bathing access can also be via a vineyard staircase made of natural stones. The lakeside terrace is covered with an electric awning with wind guard. There are 2 parking spaces on the property (free of charge).

The Marina Mücheln with the Seehaus Maria is only about 1 km from the town centre of Mücheln
here you can buy everything you need for your daily needs. Only 12 km away is the wine and sparkling wine centre of Freyburg with its picturesque vineyards, wine taverns, wineries and, of course, the historic Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellars.
Naumburg and Merseburg are both 22 minutes away, and here you will find everything a larger city has to offer. There are many leisure facilities in the surrounding area, the large and popular Belantis amusement park is 35 minutes away by car on the A 38 towards Göttingen. Leipzig, with all the amenities of a large city, is only 40 minutes away by car, as is Halle an der Saale in 20 minutes.
The A 38 motorway is only 12 km away.

Cancellation terms:
The determining factor for the timing of the cancellation and for the amount of cancellation fees is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord. In this case, flat-rate cancellation fees are levied: - For cancellations up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price, but at least €25.00 - For cancellations 44 - 8 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price - For cancellations 7 - 3 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price - For cancellations 2 days before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show, 100% of the rental price.

We found a very beautiful and modern house. The direct location by the water with its own access was unbeatable. The view over the lake was stunning. In the very nearby small harbor, there are little restaurants where you can eat deliciously, there are well-developed cycling and hiking trails, and it's not far to Mücheln. The staff at the harbor office were really very friendly. From the booking to the check-in to the departure, we felt very well taken care of. All of this contributed to a relaxing stay, and we can absolutely recommend the Seehaus Maria. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

Very beautiful house on the lake.

We come again
Switch off, take a deep breath and let your soul dangle. If you want to do that, the Seehaus Maria is the right place for you. We spent four wonderful days at the Geiseltalsee. The location directly on the water is just great. Nothing was missing, and the lovely ambience in the house made the holiday feeling perfect.
