Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (mattress 90 x 200cm each) and large wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with a double bed (mattress 90 x 200cm each), a fold-out single bed (90cm x 200cm) and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and WC, vanity mirror and hairdryer
Outdoor area: cosy terrace with an XL beach chair and a normal beach chair, garden furniture for 6 persons, two parasols and four sun loungers, barbecue possibility exists (electronic table barbecue available)

The modern holiday home half covers a plot of approx. 406 sqm. "Sansibar" is a non-smoking house. Underfloor heating is in the entire house. Fly screens are available on the ground floor and upper floor. High chair & children's travel bed with ticking are available. For relaxed beach days and protection from the summer sun, there is a beach shell. A windbreak and sand toys for children complete the bathing day at the Baltic Sea. Lockable bicycle storage is available in the garden house. (Three bicycles are available and can be used - without guarantee), A parking space is located directly at the property. After a long walk on the beach, a day of swimming or an excursion to one of the numerous sights of the island, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or on the garden terrace and let the day end in a relaxed way. Shopping facilities, a bakery, restaurants and a drinks market can be found in the immediate vicinity. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers!
