This very cosy attic apartment is located in a detached house and is approx. 50 m² in size. It offers space for 5 people.
In the living room there is a cosy couch and TV corner as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all common kitchen appliances. You will find a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The large panoramic skylights in the living area and the bedrooms let a lot of light into the flat and make this area appear bright and friendly. They also provide an excellent view around the house.
From the living room you can access the large wooden balcony via a patio door. Due to the southern orientation, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the balcony for a very long time.
In two separate bedrooms there are a total of 5 sleeping places. The first living room is equipped with a double bed, in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds.
The apartment is rounded off by a bathroom with shower. Here you will also find the washing machine, which can be operated via a coin-operated machine.
In addition to satellite TV and radio reception, the apartment also has free Wi-Fi. You can park your car directly at the house on your own free parking space.
On the second gable side of the house there is also a private terrace where you can barbecue, for example.

Location and surroundings of object

The location of the flat within the village of Glowe is wonderful. Although very quiet, the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is only about 400 m away. Other facilities, such as a supermarket, the bakery or restaurants, can be easily reached on foot in 5 - 10 minutes.
The apartment is located directly on one of the most beautiful cycling paths on Rügen. For example, you can start a cycling tour around the Jasmunder Bodden from here.
