In the house, which was completed in 2009, 2 holiday flats await you, both of which have been classified with 5 stars by the DTV due to their high level of comfort. The flats each have a fully equipped kitchen where self-catering is a pleasure. The lower holiday flat is handicapped accessible and has a large shower at ground level. The bathrooms are equipped with 2 washbasins, WC and hairdryer, shower towels and hand towels.
An additional guest toilet completes the sanitary facilities.
Two bedrooms (one double bed, 2 single beds) and the possibility to use the sofa bed (1.60 m wide) in the living area are available. The beds are, of course, made upon arrival.
If you come with your dog, you will find a food bowl and a dog basket. The garden with 2 spacious terraces is fully fenced and invites you to barbecue and relax and is not visible from the street. Shops are within walking distance. Car parking spaces are directly at the house.

The apartments are very quiet yet central location. Shops (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Combi) pharmacy, doctors are approximately 5 minutes , Volksbank are also available. Recommended local places with moderate prices can be reached in about 5 minutes. Children experience the world and lake are located around 10 km away. In short, the apartments provide the ideal base for your individual Ostfriesland experience. Short vacation
We have spent our 1 week vacation here for the second time and are fully satisfied with everything. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was great!!!! We felt at home already upon arrival.

Our first vacation in East Frisia
Very nice apartment, everything very clean and cozy, you feel comfortable immediately when you enter. Very nice welcome on the arrival day with coffee and champagne by the landlords, which immediately gives you the feeling of being welcome. Our Amy (dog) was also excited, because she immediately liked the garden as well as Aura and Lasco (landlords' dogs). Due to the central location of the apartment, we were able to quickly reach the beautiful neighboring cities as well as the North Sea.
Since we felt completely comfortable, the three of us will definitely come back.
