Newly built, beautiful, modern and comfortable villa with private pool, suitable for 10 people, near Umag. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking a large pool with deck chairs, beautifully landscaped gardens and green surroundings, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and two en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and pool view. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the hallway on the second floor. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning in the room. The rental price includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, bed linen, and towels. If you are planning a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, a quiet holiday in luxury but in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets are not allowed.
The house is 5 km away from the center of Umag and the nearest beaches. Restaurants and shops are nearby.

Umag is a small town and port on the northwest coast of Istria, which is the Croatian gateway to Europe. It also has a reputation as an Istrian sports center, because as the host of the ATP tournament for many years it has attracted many top world tennis players. At a distance of only 40 kilometers from Trieste, 150 kilometers from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, and 50 nautical miles from Venice, Umag-Umago is a favorite resort with excellent opportunities for excursions. The hinterland of Umag-Umag offers newly discovered tourist attractions such as hiking, caving, and other opportunities for adventure lovers.
The village of Srbarica is located 5 km from the city center and beautiful beaches around Umag.

Great house with pool
Super house, very well equipped (lots of hangers, which is often in short supply), clean and extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. Even bought a Hollywood swing for us. 15 min by car from Rovinj. If you are looking for peace and quiet, apart from the neighbour's rooster including the smelly breeze, you will find it here.
