Description
The house is located on a hill from which you can look directly onto the water. We have renovated our holiday home in 2022 (new stairs + couch). It is only 50 metres to the water. You can enjoy the view for example from the balcony or the terrace! You enjoy a beautiful view directly on the Plauer See and the surrounding house has 2 bedrooms which are accessible via a staircase, 1 separate living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 balcony and a large plot is approx. 600sqm in size and offers enough space for all activities, free use of: terrace furniture, barbecue, small children's slide, swing, seesaw, the house also has satellite TV, CD radio, the house is ideal for up to 4 people, there is also an additional bed.

Beautiful Days in October
We would be two in the modernly furnished house. We lacked nothing. The property was very well maintained. The landlord was nice and helpful. We can recommend the holiday home.

Enjoy your vacation!
The accommodation is highly recommended and very comfortable, and the price is very fair. We even stayed with a small child and had enough space for everyone. The attractions were easily accessible by car, and the Rostock Zoo is also a nice destination, highly recommended, especially with children.

Perfect
We can recommend this holiday home 100%. The location at Lake Plauer See is beautiful and you are immediately at the lake and the bathing bays. The house is very modern and you will find everything you need. We arrived with 4 adults and 2 children (3 years) and had enough space. A cupboard full of toys was a highlight for the little ones.

Quiet location, highly recommended.
We spent a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful holiday home. It is perfectly designed for children. Very quiet location not far from Lake Plauer. The house offers everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. We can highly recommend it.
