The standig individually holiday home, built in 1960 and renovated in 2022 is modern, rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. New: chess in the garden, for children and adults, with large figures.

Vrsar, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa Lada is a typical Istrian house surrounded by a natural garden and Mediterranean vegetation. Regularly carefully maintained. Renovated in 2021. Interior with stylish and modern furniture, paintings and attractive details. Close to the waterfront, promenade and beach, as well as restaurants, cafes, shops, fish market, bus 200 m and markets with local fruit and vegetables. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property. With a wide entrance to the garden and parking lot directly from the access road.
