With 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and TV, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating and a wood fireplace, the loft flat Captain's Home offers you every comfort for up to 6 people, simply to feel good. From the open, comfortable kitchen, you enter the light-flooded living room with adjoining dining area and a reading corner with a rocking chair to linger. You reach the upper spacious bedroom via a spiral staircase, from where you can catch a small sea view. The flat is equipped with Loewe TVs, a Sonos system and free internet access via WLAN. A washer-dryer is available in the first bathroom with shower. In the 2nd bathroom you have a large glass comfort shower and a whirlpool with underwater lighting. High-quality materials were used in the furnishing of the flat and the construction of the house.
The house has a lift and a wellness area with a Klafs premium sauna / sanarium with starry sky, a cross trainer and an ergometer. There is also a rain shower with colour-changing LED lighting. Enjoy the sauna with relaxing music, in front of the TV or on one of the lounge chairs with a book. Behind the house there is a carport with 2 charging stations and a bicycle shed for our guests.

The exclusive Captain's Home holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the Ostsee Lodges holiday home with sauna and fitness area. From the small high-quality residential unit, with only 5 flats, you can reach the Baltic Sea with the extensive beach promenade, the harbour of Niendorf, the bakery, restaurants and cafés in only 3 minutes on foot.
There are all kinds of water sports on the Baltic Sea, sailing-surfing and diving courses in Niendorf and several golf courses.
Visit the indoor seawater pool in Niendorf or the Ostseetherme with water slide in
Timmendorfer Strand.

If desired, these can be added for € 28.00 per person. On request, we will gladly provide you with a high chair for € 12.00 or a travel cot for € 20.00. Service charge 30,00 € once.
