1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and bidet.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 90 € per object per stay. On request: air conditioning 60 € per object per week. hand towels 15 € per person per change. Bed linen (please order at booking) 15 € per person per first time use and changing.
