Cooking nook in the living room (walk-through room) with dining area (5 seats), gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and washing machine. Bathroom (not heatable) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and bidet.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 70 € per object per stay. On request: air conditioning 50 € per object per week. hand towels 15 € per person per change. Bed linen (please order at booking) 15 € per person per first time use and changing.
