Location and surroundings of object
Idyllically situated in the fertile hills of the Valtenesis is the pretty San Felice del Benaco, which offers its visitors a
a wonderful view. The main village with its old alleys and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin is located
about 2 kilometers above Lake Garda.
From here you can reach the beautiful bays around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese and the headland of San Fermo via narrow roads. To
the - partly very long - pebble beaches, numerous camping sites have settled. In front of the headland of San Fermo lies the
splendidly overgrown Isola del Garda, the largest island of Lake Garda
From Portese - a small village belonging to the municipality - you have a beautiful view of the neighbouring village of Salò, which is situated in
nestles in the bay of the same name. The centre of Portese has some nice restaurants to offer.
Puegnago del Garda
The small village in the middle of the picturesque moraine hills of the Valtenesis is said to have given its somewhat difficult name to the Roman "Popinius"
...to the people who made this happen. In the course of the Romanisation, "Popinius" became "Popiniacus" and this in turn became Puegnago over time.

| Prices include electricity, water and tourist tax. Arrival and departure day count as 1 day. Arrival day starts at the earliest at 15 o'clock in the afternoon and departure day ends at the latest at 10 o'clock. The apartment is only rented from mid April to mid/end October. We would be pleased to call you back for a personal conversation to clarify all questions about the holiday flat/the surrounding area. The rental agreement is binding as soon as you have received the rental agreement signed by both parties and the deposit (10% of the total amount) has been received by us in parallel. The remaining amount of the rent is to be transferred 6 weeks before the beginning of the journey. The keys will be sent by registered mail at least 14 days before departure after receipt of the final payment. With the signature of the rental contract the tenant commits himself, to accept the above conditions. The information sheet and the house rules in the appendix are part of the rental contract. Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub am Gardasee in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Seeblick ist ein Highlight, dort konnten wir jeden Morgen entspannt frühstücken. Die Lage ist perfekt: großzügiges Grundstück, liebvoll gestaltet und ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ganz nah am See, in der näheren Umgebung finden sich tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte , Märkte etc. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit - einfach perfekt! Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, bei dem wirklich alles gestimmt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

Dreamlike vacation
We were at La Baia for the first time and it was simply perfect. The apartment has everything you need. The view from the terrace - priceless! The entire large property is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. For us as boaters, there is nothing better. Slipway, buoy, and enough space for parking. It is already booked for next year!

Great boating holiday with the family
I highly recommend a vacation as a couple or family. The apartment has everything needed for a relaxing holiday, very well-maintained and available. The view from the cozy terrace over the beautiful Lake Garda invites relaxation. Excursions to the surrounding towns by boat or car are a lot of fun. The facility is very spacious, and the communication with the landlord was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Better not possible!
We (family with 2 adults and 3 teenagers) were guests in this great vacation apartment for 2 weeks and will definitely come back. Located directly by the lake, in the beautiful bay of Manerba, with a huge garden, private swimming dock, ramp, trailer parking, and buoy in the adjacent buoy field - there's no greater joy for boaters. The support from the landlords was exceptional!
