3 bedrooms 2 (please bring bedding) with 2 beds and 1 with a bunk bed, all beds with anti-allergy duvets,
Rugs in reserve, large living room with sitting area, German satellite dish with various foreign channels, including Dutch cable - program; Wireless Internet freely available.

2 patio doors, large dining table, large kitchen and plenty of storage space and with large fridge, kl. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen stove with oven, plenty of pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.

Hall with wardrobe and built-in wardrobe for cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, etc. shower separated from the toilet, each with hand basin mirror, shelves and window ventilation.

Central heating, winterized.

In the living room is laminate bonding, all other floors have white tiles, large terrace with concrete barbecue, garden furniture, chairs, table, parasol.

The house is suitable for elderly, suitable for disabled due - no step in the shower, except for the loft bed only single beds.

Everything is on one level, ie: no stairs, one step in from outside, at ground level terrain.

The house is situated 1500 m from the dune entrance where a free parking space is.

It is situated on a quiet bungalow park on a free meadow with 2 on-site parking.

Before the house is a terrace Terrazzosteinen with a concrete barbecue. There you can lie in the sun protected. Garden furniture, umbrella, table and so on are available.

The park is child friendly; there are many new playground equipment at the park (swings, sandpit, slide, etc.)

The tulip blossom period is from mid-April to early June, and depending on the temperature, there are also shifts in the flowering period.

Hands off!

First of all: The house itself is fine.
Communication with the owner is partly difficult.
We inquired about a period, initially received confirmation, then the owner postponed the arrival and departure by one day. Nevertheless, upon our (rather late than early) arrival, the cleaning staff was on site, still cleaning, and then asked us to drive her home. I could have declined that, but who does that anyway? We left the house in perfect condition, and we of course paid for the final cleaning. We only received the deposit after more than 5 weeks and sending a registered letter with the threat of legal action. The landlord falsely claimed before that he had returned the deposit, but he did not respond at all to my further inquiries. Absolutely unacceptable, I have never experienced anything like this.

Great area

We have been to this nice house a few times. We liked it every time. The proximity to the sea is great and the location to sights and cities is good too. Very nice owner, who is always ready to solve problems. Once heating, once forgetting car keys. Thank you very much.

Not again

A poorly renovated holiday house with many faults and shortcomings. For example, totally rotten (unhygienic) radiators in the toilet and bathroom, with the one in the bathroom being non-functional. The thermostat for all radiators is located in the living area, next to a radiator, making it impossible for the thermostat to function properly. Adjusting the temperature of the shower water is very difficult because the instantaneous water heater only has a hot or cold setting. The possibility to dry any laundry is completely lacking. The landlord, Mr. B. Schneider, took over 4 weeks to return the deposit, and the overall communication with him was very difficult. We will not recommend this house or rent it again.

Hallo , danke für die Kritik aus ihrer Sicht.Wir nehmen diese sehr Ernst. Es ist schade das es ihnen nicht gefallen hat. Und Sie sich mit dem Heiz Thermostat so geärgert haben in ihrem wohlverdienten Urlaub.
Wenn es zu einer Unstimmigkeit kommt dauert die Abwicklung manchmal einige Zeit, woraus sich die Verzögerung ableiten lässt. Die Wassertemperatur ,wird wie üblich über den Wasserhahn einfach geregelt. Eine Einstellung am Gas -Durchlauferhitzer ist somit nicht notwendig. Einen Trockner haben wir in der Haus Beschreibung nicht inseriert.
Es wäre schön und fair wenn Sie zukünftige Bewertungen fair Formulieren.

On vacation harassed by the landlady, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, deep cleaning not done, shower shows mold from previous tenant's sweeping.

Toller Urlaub

Lovely landlord, great house. Very clean. Everything you need to have a nice holiday. We were able to relax well, as it is very quiet in the area. We will come back. The beach is also easy to reach. The bus stop is not far away, where the coastal bus leaves for Alkmaar and Den Helder. Bicycles can be rented next door. There is also an indoor pool there if it rains. Shopping facilities with everything you need within walking distance. Many sights in the area.

Unfortunately, a disappointment.

We unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation. It started with delayed responses from the landlord, continued with an administration that was absolutely chaotic and unreliable. We were supposed to call half an hour before arrival so the administrator could drive to the house for the handover. We had to call multiple times to remind them, until they finally said they would only come the next evening and we would find the following things there (. . .). After a long search, we finally found it, and then the drama continued... It had not been cleaned at all. So we had to buy Sagrotan first. The existing things are unfortunately not so great anymore. After the complaint, we received a relatively quick response and agreement. After cleaning and requesting an extension, there has been no response to date. What a pity!!! On the departure day, we once again waited 30 minutes for the manager. All in all, not recommended. The service was slow and the food was subpar.

Beautiful vacation in North Holland

Hello dear Schneider family, we were on holiday in Holland for the first time this year and were so impressed. The holiday cottage was really great. Everything we needed was available. The on-site support was also very nice. We did a lot and because of the beautiful holiday park, we could let the children play in peace, and the dogs felt very comfortable too. We will definitely come back next year.

Everything super clean and many things renovated, like the laminate throughout the house and the gas oven. Nice contact, everything went smoothly. The terrace is beautiful, so no neighbor can immediately look in, great for relaxing. Everything you need is in the house.

Recommended!

The house is perfect for families who get along well and are looking for relaxation, peace, and recuperation! Depending on the weather, you can swim or take a walk on the nearby beach. We choose the house over and over again because we don't depend on big entertainment options, but enjoy the beach and nature in all weather. The open kitchen provides a great opportunity to sit and cook with the family. Only deducted half a star because the beds do not have individual bedside lamps and we like to read a lot, which is not possible in the evenings. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, and we will be staying at this property again in 2017!

Very nice vacation

We stayed in this house for a week and we (including the children, aged 6 & 8) really liked it. The house is functionally furnished and was clean. Unfortunately, there is no oven to bake bread rolls. However, there is a toaster, and with the variety of white bread available, we didn't miss the oven. Around the house, there was a large grassy area, ideal for the children to play after going to the beach. Even though it is a residential park, no neighbor is directly next to the window or has a view of the beautiful terrace. Very quiet location.
The caretaker was very friendly. Correspondence with the landlord was impeccable. We will gladly come back in 2013.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Der ganze Park war sauber und es gab in jedem Bereich einen kleinen Spielplatz. Fahrradverlei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Leider waren wir nicht in der Blühtezeit von Tulpen dort, denn ringsherum sind Tulpenfelder.

free time activities: Da wir nur zum Strandurlaub dort waren, kann ich nur soviel sagen, dass der Strand sagenhaft groß/weit ist. Die Insel Texel ist ein schönes Ausflugsziel (z.B Ecomar) und wer gerne ins Museum geht, für den gibt es in Den Helder ein Schifffahrtsmuseum. In dem Freizeitpark waren wir nicht, das können wir auch in Deutschland. Aber zwei Wochen sind ohne Langeweile, in diesem Teil von Holland, durchaus möglich.

shopping facilities: Ein kleiner Spar gibt es ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß). Wer gerne bei Aldi oder Einkaufszentren einkaufen möchte, der muß lediglich 10-20 min fahren. Ansonsten gibt es viele kleine Strandgeschäfte mit allerlei Souveniers in jedem Ort entlang dem Strand.

Wonderfully relaxing

We have been to this house three times already and have booked again for 2013. We are looking forward to coming back! It's not a villa, but a great holiday home for a good price. Practical and clean. Smooth floors and seating = hygienic. Decent kitchen, enough dishes and glasses, and the bathroom is okay too. The landlord is super fast in responding to emails. Any deficiencies are promptly fixed! Thank you! The new caretaker is friendly and helpful. We will come back more often!

Blick in die Blumenfelder, durch Lebensbäume windgeschützte Terrasse

free time activities: Radfahren ist ein absolutes Muss! Das Auto braucht man nur für größere Einkäufe. Wer sich für Architektur (auch Industriebauten) und Gartengestaltung interessiert ist hier richtig! Wandern in den Dünen oder den Naturschutzgebieten "Zwanenwater" oder auf Texel. Stadtbummel in Alkmar, Bergen Schragen...

shopping facilities: Der "Spar-Markt" liegt ca. 5 Min. entfernt. Da gibt es von der Briefmarke bis zur Pizza alles was man bei "Albert Hein" (in ca. 10km Entfernung, hat 7 Tage die Woche von 7 - 22 Uhr, geöffnet vergessen hat. Lidl und Aldi gibt es in Schragen und Julianadorp. Ein Besuch auf den Wochenmärkten Ist empfehlenswert.

Beautiful days in North Holland

We, a family with 3 boys, spent 5 days in the bungalow. It was a successful short vacation with cycling, relaxing on the beach, and even the kids were in the sea! And that in early April!
We lacked nothing; the nearby store had everything we needed.
The manager was friendly and helpful. THANK YOU!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Typisch holländisch: Tulpen- und andere Blumenfelder, Windmühle, Windkrafträder, Strand und Meer in nächster Nähe

free time activities: Fahrrad unbedingt mitnehmen oder ausleihen(ist vorhanden in unmittelbarer Nähe); Stranderholung, Drachen steigen lassen, auch ein Schwimmbad im benachbarten Bungalowpark,welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben

shopping facilities: Ganz nah ein kleines Spargeschäft,dass jeden Tag auf hat; frische Brötchen, und alles, was man sonst so braucht; ein Paradies für die Kinder(Ostergeld wurde in Spielsachen umgesetzt)
