Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: As cancellation policies, please take note of the following: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation more than 3 months before arrival, the deposit of 50% will be retained. We would like to point out that in the case of a trip cancellation before arrival, the deposit will be retained on behalf of the owner. If the remaining payment is not received at least 3 months before arrival, the booking is considered incomplete and the mutual agreement as not fulfilled. We are therefore entitled to rent the villa to new guests. If a cancellation is made after payment of the remaining amount, no refund is possible. We therefore recommend that you consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.
