Description
The detached holiday house for exclusive use is situated on a thousand sqm private property. The sunny terrace by the pool is fully tiled and equipped with an outdoor shower. The large private pool has a Roman step for easy entry. Four sun loungers are available here for your relaxation. The pool area is protected from prying eyes by tall hedges, so you can move around freely and enjoy a relaxed vacation. The covered terrace at the house is equipped with a garden table and chairs. An electric grill allows you to enjoy barbecuing at the location of your choice. In the evening, the illuminated pool offers a romantic atmosphere.
The large, beautifully matured property with a well-maintained garden is completely enclosed. A covered, shady carport is available for your car. On the entrance side of the house, there is another furnished terrace. The well-maintained holiday home was built on one level.
The living-dining room, with access to the furnished terrace, is equipped with a sofa set, a dining group, fireplace, satellite TV, and a large air conditioner (hot/cold). In the cooler months, infrared heaters are also available in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as crockery and pots. A washing machine is located in the pantry next door.
The two double bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe; an extra bed can be provided for a fee of 50 euros per week.
Both rooms have air conditioning (warm/cold).
Two bathrooms with toilet and electrically heated towel racks are available for your use.
The sandy beach is only 2 km away, and a rocky beach can be reached within 4 km. Restaurants and shopping opportunities are approximately 1 km away. Object designation: "Ferienhausmiete-P-LIA"
