Holiday home on 2 floors with bedroom+studio+bedroom+kitchen+bathroom+terrace+garden
The holiday home is a semi-detached house and has a separate entrance. Via a spacious hallway you enter the kitchen and the living room. From there a staircase leads into the bright studio and further into the bedroom. The bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
Of course there is SAT-TV and internet. Should the weather not be kind to you, a wood-burning stove provides warmth and cosiness. But the most beautiful place is of course the terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset every evening.
Please smoke on the terrace out of consideration for the next tenants. Pets unfortunately have to stay at home. Our farm cats will thank you.

Location and surroundings of object
We, Regina and Jens, have been living on the former farm in the 5th generation since 2001. The farm was still traditionally managed by Regina's parents. Unfortunately, we were not able to continue the tradition and only preserve the heritage.
We offer you peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the beach and the seaside resorts. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village on a very spacious estate.
The family has space here within a maximum of 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 living room with sofa bed on the ground floor.
The generously sized and modernly furnished kitchen brings everyone to the table
whether for breakfast or an extended evening meal or simply in between - lunch is available outside the house on holiday!
The advantage is the proximity to the beach and yet without the commotion before and after. Should it get uncomfortable outside and make you shiver, you can warm yourself at the living room fireplace.
