Are you looking for a beautiful holiday flat for your holiday? Then you've come to the right place! Space for up to 5 people + a baby! Price incl. bed linen, towels, tea towels, parking space. 75 m² beautiful, modern 3 room flat, in the Steinberg quarter with beautiful houses, 2nd floor with view over Goslar. 5 minutes walk to the old town World Heritage Site Goslar and 6 minutes to the main station. Museums, cafés, restaurants, cinema, shopping, ...everything without car.
Very beautiful hiking destinations directly in the immediate vicinity. Skiing area / toboggan run approx. 15 km away.
Our holiday flat is very modern and comfortably furnished. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with double bed (180x 200), 2nd bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and boxspring bed (90x200), large living room with open kitchen (new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, soda machine, toaster, crockery, pots etc.). Dining table with 6 chairs, bathroom with bathtub and shower (hairdryer), guest toilet. Non-smokers. Small animals possible on request and for an extra charge of 5,00 €/day.
1 bottle of sparkling wine/ orange juice/ coffee/ tea on arrival.
Use of garden/ barbecue possible in summer. Baby cot free of charge on request. Storage facilities for your skis/ sledges or bicycles in the cellar.
Motorbikes can be parked on the private grounds (no access for strangers).

Really great ??!
This accommodation is a really beautiful, bright, spotlessly clean, and well-located apartment! Everything you need to feel comfortable is provided.
The surroundings are quiet and great to look at. We always found a parking space right in front of the door!
The contact with the host was always very, very nice.

Excellent vacation apartment in the heart of Goslar.
We found and booked the vacation apartment on the website Ferienhausmiete.de. The photos correspond to what the apartment offers. Very stylishly furnished, fully equipped, it leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the window over the roofs of Goslar is especially fantastic during sunsets.
The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, and the location is also great. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the old town, where there are a few nice cafes and restaurants on the market square. Attractions such as the Kaiserpfalz or the Rammelsberg can also be reached on foot within a few minutes. We were able to leave our car there without any problems...
We were absolutely satisfied and would definitely book the vacation apartment again and recommend it to others.
