Description
We have extensively renovated our holiday home.
A new, well-equipped kitchen now awaits you, inviting you to cook and enjoy. The adjoining living and dining area has been equipped with a large dining table, which can also be used for sociable games evenings. For our little guests there is a high chair. On the new couch set you can relax with a good book or watch films together. A large, new television is also available. The guest toilet was also renewed and a new front door was installed.
On the upper floor, the bathroom has been renovated. There are two bedrooms, which have also been refurnished and redesigned. The bed sizes in the master bedroom are 180 x 200 cm, here the upper beds have a comfort size of 155 x 220 cm. In the second bedroom there are two single beds with a size of 90 x 200 cm. If required, there is also a cot available. There is also a second TV on the upper floor.
The beds are made on arrival, a towel package can be booked if required.
The safety of our little guests is very important to us, therefore the stairs are equipped with a safety gate and a night light for the socket is available.
So that it is not boring for our little guests even on a rainy day, there are Playmobil, Duplo bricks (railway and farm), Lego bricks as well as games and books available. In the second bedroom there is a CD player and various CDs. There is also an interesting selection of books for the adults.
The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an awning. A kettle grill is also available. In a permanent outbuilding there are two bicycles for adults, a large handcart and scooters of different sizes for the children. These can be used free of charge. During the season (from mid-March to the beginning of October), you can use your own beach chair on the beach of Neßmersiel.
The holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Neßmersiel is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort and belongs to the joint municipality of Dornum. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
You will find some excellent restaurants, cosy tea rooms, cafés and plenty of opportunities for leisure activities.
Our holiday home is located in a quiet residential street. A parking space is directly at the house.
The distance to the dyke is about 100m. An EDEKA supermarket with bakery (opening hours from the beginning of March to the end of October) is about 200m from the house
One of the playgrounds in Neßmersiel is about 250 m away.
The indoor playground Sturmfrei is only a 5-minute walk away and admission is free with the Nordsee-ServiceCard.
The beach and harbour are about 1000m away. There you will find a large playground and the harbour restaurant
From the terrace of the harbour restaurant you can enjoy the view of almost all East Frisian islands. The ferry to Baltrum departs from here, as do the mudflat walks to the island.

| The weekly prices include all energy costs, bed linen, WLAN, a seasonal beach chair on the beach of Neßmersiel and the use of the bicycles. From the second week of booking, the weekly price is reduced by € 65. Towels can be rented from our manager for € 3/set if required. For a booking of two weeks, the towels are included! Pets are not allowed in consideration of holidaymakers suffering from allergies. For the same reason, our house is run as a non-smoking house. Tourist tax in the main season Adults 2,80 Euro, youths (3 - 15 years) 1,60 Euro ; children (0 - 2 years) are free. Spa fee in low season Adults 1,40 Euro, Youths (3- 15 years) 0,80 Euro ;Children (0 - 2 years) are free. |

Mega beautiful house
This house is so lovingly furnished that one can only feel comfortable. The children's room has toys, books, and CDs, board games are in the living room. Everything was super clean and everything needed for a nice vacation was available. The bakery/Edeka can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. We walked to the sea in 20 minutes. We would love to come back?

Dreamlike holiday home
We spent a wonderful vacation week at the holiday home Wattkieker. It is very tastefully and cozily furnished. The amenities are great; we lacked nothing! Thank you also for the basket filled with "welcome drinks"! Property and house very well-kept and clean! Restaurants and Edeka market within walking distance in a few minutes. Great is also the beach chair belonging to the holiday home on the beach of Neßmersiel, which we happily used in good weather. We had a wonderful time at "Wattkieker," thank you dear Rohn family!

Great holiday home!
The semi-detached house is very well equipped. There is truly nothing missing here. Everything is very well maintained and clean, and furnished with attention to detail. The location is very quiet, and you can enjoy your peace. Nevertheless, you are just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, or grocery store.
The support from the property management is somewhat meager, but we inquired on our own and received a quick response. The only suggestion for improvement we have is to change the blackout in the bedrooms. The curtains are insufficient or do not darken at all.
The contact with the landlord family was very nice.
We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Repeat offender
It was once again a very nice vacation. We have been there for the third time now and will definitely come back. The house is very well equipped and the location is perfect. Really a dream house!
It could hardly be more beautiful or better. It is really a beautiful little house and we felt very comfortable in it. We really liked the bright and friendly furnishings. Everything is very lovingly designed. The bicycles, which we used a lot, look beautiful and are in very good condition. Occasionally we also enjoyed the (for us) huge Panasonic TV. What we have often missed in other vacation homes: In the kitchen, there are sharp knives and two large cutting boards, a coffee pod machine (+ a "normal" coffee machine), microwave, oven...
All in all, in combination with 2 weeks of beautiful weather, it was a perfect vacation for us in a perfect vacation cottage. Thank you for the lovely time,
