The holiday home "Ankerplatz 13" is located in the popular holiday home area of Duhnen in the Satelsrönne, directly on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The sandy beach is only 400 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The thalasso and adventure pool "Ahoi!" with sauna, fitness, spa treatments, wave pool and giant slide, as well as the centre of Duhnen and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance.

Cancellation terms:
IX Cancellation/Termination of the Rental Agreement The cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant must be made in writing. The relevant date for the cancellation is the day on which the declaration is received by the intermediary (Sabine Meißner, Fewo-Cux). In the event of a cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply: - Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 20% of the total rent is due - From 90 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total rent is due - From 14 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total rent is due. To keep the cancellation fees for the tenant as low as possible, we will, of course, attempt to re-let the vacation apartment. For longer stays, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
