Description

The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet hillside location. The following are available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. The landlord lives separately in the neighbouring house. Football pitch. Badminton court with net, rackets and shuttlecocks.

Location
Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is situated on a 1,600 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. As the surroundings are a quiet residential area, we ask our guests to behave accordingly; loud noise is not permitted after 10 p.m. Thank you for your understanding. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September 2.8 m x 5.8 m 1.2 m deep).
