Description

The detached holiday home, built in 2003, is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, French type, filled with saltwater. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, illuminated at night. The surroundings are clad with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower. The pool area and those lying there are not visible from any direction due to the tall plants and the shadow from the house. However, you can enjoy the sun all day long. From the pool, you can also enjoy the unique panoramic view of Lake Balaton.

Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is located on a 980 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Oven in every room. Fireplace available in the living room, individual radiators in the bedrooms. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to early September, saltwater 4 m x 9 m 1.5 m deep).

Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa and access to the terrace (45 sqm). Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, washing machine, shower, 2 washbasins, WC, bidet and sauna.
First floor: Living room with seating area, TV, fireplace, dining area (6 places) and access to the terrace (45 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. 2 separate WCs each with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
