Charming stone terraced house with a private terrace, set on an idyllic plot surrounded by hydrangeas, within a property with a shared garden comprising three homes. Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, it is only 700 m from the picturesque coast, with easy access to beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves. A little further out, the Sillon de Talbert, a narrow 3 km-long spit of land formed by the currents of the Trieux and Jaudy rivers, stretches into the sea, a true paradise for nature lovers and hikers. The region features a varied coastal landscape with beaches, small bays, offshore islands, and striking rock formations, along with numerous coastal trails along the Côte du Goëlo offering stunning panoramic views. The lively port town of Paimpol, with its typical restaurants, shops, and summer festivals, completes the perfect holiday setting combining relaxation, nature, and local discoveries.
