Welcome to "le Mimosa" , on the preu'ile sauvage , the wild peninsula.
Our house is well equipped and offers you a lot of space for relaxation, play and nature experience.
It is situated, together with 3 other houses, in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and gardens.
The natural garden has two seating areas, several lounge furniture, a stone barbecue, sun loungers and a shed where you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
In the house there was a living-dining kitchen which is well equipped, with view to the garden.
A large living room with fireplace, sofas - armchair desk, books, games etc.
The bathroom with shower and WC is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms. 1x 140x200 bed size, 1x 160x200 bed size - Both offer a view of the country and the village Pleubian in the distance.

Location and surroundings of object
The object is located on the edge of the village Pleubian in the middle of fields. The Presquìle sauvage is rather quiet, even in high summer, and the beaches are not crowded.
