This elegant house is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest above the small town of Adenau in a south-facing position. The distance to the world-famous Nürburgring is only about 4 km.

The villa, built in the pagoda style, has approx. 250 sqm of living space and offers enough room for 10 people (+ 2 for children). The living space is distributed over 3 floors.
The villa has park-like gardens, a beautiful garden pond, barbecue and other well-kept outdoor facilities. High-quality garden furniture is available. The view from the large terrace as well as from the balcony on the upper floor is impressive. You look into the beautiful valley or onto the elegant gardens and the pond below the house. The property is completely fenced.

The house has been newly furnished and equipped in the best structural quality (marble floors etc.). It has an open fireplace, technical and generally high quality modern equipment. This includes internet (wireless, Wlan), TV, DVD player, CD player / music system, radio.

The luxurious holiday home has a large living room, separate dining room, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, 5 double bedrooms, 1 children's room, 3 bathrooms with showers or bathtubs, WC with respective washing facilities, hallways, wardrobes etc., washing machine. Washing machine. Sauna and solarium can be used in a separate room in the neighbouring house (for a fee).

The holiday home should also appeal to discerning guests.

Beautiful house with unpretentious interior

A beautiful house thanks to its location and view. Unfortunately, less pleasant reception and contact with the landlady. Empty tea lights, no broom to clean behind, no sponge for washing. Water stains in the bathroom and some crumbs in the "fresh" bed. Wood for the fireplace must be purchased, which is completely fine and common, but she couldn't tell us where in the area to do this.
