Villa Merula is spread over two floors and is ideal for four guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious, comfortable living room with two large sofas, LCD TV and DVD player. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, a cloakroom and the laundry room. The house also has wireless internet (WiFi).

Via the open, attractive staircase you reach the upper floor. Here you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and each with en suite bathrooms. An open gallery with sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation for up to two more people. Both bedrooms and the gallery have a door to the wide terrace by the pool with its stunning sea views

The long covered terrace with open barbecue and a breakfast terrace also offer magnificent views of the romantic horizon and sunset
The pool terrace with salt water pool is ideal to relax, unwind and enjoy.

Villa Merula with its tastefully landscaped 1900 m² garden is located on the east coast of Istria and only 6 km from the villa's popular holiday resort Rabac, a beautiful hiking trail, lined with fragrant herbs with a beautiful sea view and pure nature, leads you to Rabac (about 1/2 hour). You can enjoy not only Rabac itself, but also numerous larger and smaller bays, which have been awarded the blue flag for their excellent water quality. Around the small harbour with its fishing and excursion boats there are small shops, beautiful houses and pensions. In the summer months you can stroll along the promenade
Labin, perched on a hill above Rabac, is a medieval town with many studios where you can feel an extraordinary sense of artistic existence.
The town can also be reached on foot via a forest path in 1-1.5 hours. It is rare to find such a charming mix of architecture and cultural-historical monuments
Podlabin, the new town at the foot of the mountain, has all the shops you need, supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine, Mercator as well as bakeries, bank, post office, cafes, restaurants and municipal facilities.
The peninsula of Istria continues to be praised by the most famous travel guides and journalists. In Istria there is no mass tourism and is the perfect choice for a holiday without stress and excessive summer crowds.
