On approx. 100m², our bright holiday flat "Lieschenhüs" on the 1st floor offers you plenty of space and comfort to feel right at home as a family of four or a couple! The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail in maritime style and offers the ideal starting point to escape the stress of everyday life.
Our absolute highlight is the 25m² balcony with lounge furniture and sun loungers, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Schlei to the nearby small town of Kappeln. Make yourself comfortable and let a warm summer evening come to an end together with a delicious glass of wine.
If the weather is rainy in northern Germany, the flat invites you to relax: The spacious living and dining area awaits you with a comfortable sofa set and the large flat-screen TV with Magenta TV, a stereo system and WLAN provide media entertainment. Or alternatively, how about an exciting book from the in-house holiday library?
The modern, open kitchen offers you all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals for you and your fellow travellers, which you can then eat together at the large dining table
After an eventful day between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, two bedrooms, each with large double beds (180x200cm), offer you a pleasant night's rest and to start the day fresh, a state-of-the-art daylight bathroom with a large shower is at your disposal!
In addition, the property offers you a free parking space in front of the house and your bicycles can be stored in the small carport.

The holiday flat 'Lieschenhüs' is located in Kappeln (OT Ellenberg), a romantic small town in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg. The town captivates with its tranquil alleys, the enchanting Schleipanorama with a view of the small fishing harbour as well as many tourist attractions from bicycle and boat rentals to the museum railway and paddle steamer trips on the Schlei.
Various restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away!
The flat is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and can only be reached via stairs. There is no lift available.

Super Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Wir waren eine Woche mit drei Personen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos und qualitativ sehr gut. Die Kücheneinrichtung gibt die Möglichkeit sich gut zu versorgen, wenn man nicht die reichhaltigen Restaurants in der Umgebung besuchen möchten. Der Morgenkaffee kann auf dem schönen Balkon beim aufgehen der Sonne getrunken werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen noch mal wieder.
