A guest toilet is located on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 x 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds) and a shower room with WC.
A washing machine with coin slot (in the bathroom) is available for the guests.
The terrace, with unobstructed views of the countryside, is furnished. The garden is completely fenced.
A car parking space as well as a shed for your bicycles directly at the house is available for our guests.

Beautiful quiet holiday home.
The mediator, Mr. Pilger, was personally on-site for the handover and briefing. The location near Ocean Wave, seal station, mini-golf, maze, and bakery as well as the opposite restaurant Norddeich were all within walking distance. Everything was great.

Beautiful family vacation
It was a wonderful family vacation. The location of the holiday home was excellent and the beach was quickly accessible. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. A small deduction for minor issues, otherwise we were very satisfied.

Rent the house every year.
We rent the house every year because we really like the location. You can easily walk everywhere, whether to the sea, the shops, or the restaurants. The furnishings are also okay.

Feel-good vacation Norddeich
The key handover was very straightforward. Mr. Pilger, the property manager, was on-site himself and briefly walked us through all the rooms. We even arrived earlier at the vacation apartment. The stairs give it more of a home character :-) It was also very pleasant that the beds were already made. That's not the case everywhere. It was great to have the unobstructed view of fields and meadows from the terrace. Everything was there, and we lacked nothing. Correct
the large sofa was super comfortable. Everyone could stretch out ;-). We immediately felt at home. The highlight was also the restaurant across the street, where you could conveniently order food and pick it up in the evening. Every Tuesday you can also sign up for suckling pig dinner. The holiday home is located in a very quiet area, but you can quickly get to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Flower or shrub planting is still a bit lacking on the terrace. But we don't want to deduct any points for that. Everything else was really there that you need, also plenty of terrace furniture.
A big thank you to Mr. Pilger and his companion for the nice welcome. He was also always reachable if there were any questions.
We really enjoyed our time at the Strandperle.

super bequem war auch das große Sofa. Jeder konnte sich lang machen ;-). Wir haben uns sofort, wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Hammer war auch das Restaurant gegenüber, wo man sich ganz bequem Essen bestellen und abends abholen konnte. Jeden Dienstags kann man sich dann auch zum Spanferkel-Essen anmelden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man ist auch schnell am Strand. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Blumen- oder Strauchbepflanzung, die fehlt da noch ein bissen auf der Terrasse. Aber dafür möchten wir keinen Punkt abziehen. Es war sonst wirklich alles da, was man braucht, auch reichlich an Terrassenmöbel.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Pilger und seiner Begleitung für die nette Begrüßung. Er war auch jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es mal Fragen gab.
Wir haben die Zeit in der Strandperle sehr genossen.

Uns hat es an nichts gepflegt.
Es war alles im Haus was man braucht.
Das Haus war sauber und alles sehr gepflegt.
Der Vermieter sehr nett und es gab eine unkomplizierte Übergabe.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Alles war gut erreichbar, also recht zentral und doch ruhig gelegen.
Der Haartrocker ist leistungsstark.
Das Internet läuft über einen DSL Wifi Router und war für uns schnell genug.
Ein Wäscherständer samt ein paar Klammern steht zur Verfügung.
In den Schlafzimmern im OG gibt es keine Rollläden und damit ist es früh schon etwas hell. Die Lamellenvorhänge bieten nur leichte Verdunklung.
Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Feld.
Es ist sehr ruhig. Nachts haben wir keinen Ton gehört.
Seife bzw. Seifenspender muss man mitbringen.
Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war bei der Hausübergabe anwesend. Sehr positiv.
Den Punktabzug habe ich vorgenommen, weil die Schlafräume nicht verdunkelt werden können.
Einziges Manko, man kann die Fenster in den Schlafräumen nicht komplett verdunkeln.
Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Mein Mann hat sich über den Grill gefreut ;-))
Seht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist supersauber.
Der Ferienhausverwalter ist nett und unkompliziert.
Wenn wir nochmal in die Ecke fahren, dann in dieses Haus!
