The holiday home is in a central, quiet location in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom
The beach, the centre of Zinnowitz (beach promenade, pier ...),the coastal forest as well as the Bernsteintherme (a seawater swimming pool with a spacious wellness area and beach sauna) can be reached in a few minutes on foot
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, butcher, fish shop, boutiques ...)
