Sieciemin is a quiet village 20 km from the Baltic coast and 15 km east of Koszalin. This stretch of land between the sea and numerous lakes is perfect for recreation and outdoor activities.
This spacious and comfortable holiday home is perfectly equipped. From a sauna, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor heated swimming pool, the home offers a wide range of recreational activities. Massages can also be booked on-site for a fee. The fenced garden plot is perfect for guests both young and old, and four-legged friends are also welcome.
This single-story home features a large terrace. In addition to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, guests can enjoy two separate bedrooms (each with a separate bathroom with a shower). The living room has a large dining table, providing plenty of space for a group of guests. A TV is available in the living room and each bedroom. The home is heated and can be used year-round. Wireless internet is available.
In addition to the heated summer swimming pool, there's a sauna (charged extra according to electricity consumption), table tennis, and table football. Afternoons are best spent lounging in a hammock or on the spacious terrace by the grill. A new electric vehicle charging station is available on site (charged extra).
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, heating, internet, parking, an outdoor pool (from May to September), table tennis, and table football.
Sieciemin is a small rural settlement. The surrounding area is surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, providing excellent conditions for hiking and cycling. The close contact with tranquil nature is invaluable.
Sieciemin is a good base for trips to the seaside. Within a 20-30 km radius, there are numerous seaside resorts, each with a different character. It's worth visiting at least a few of them: the noisy and youthful Mielno, the quiet and peaceful Łazy, the spa town of Dąbki, and the historic Darłowo.

All in all, we were very disappointed, but we still tried to make our vacation as nice as possible. Negative: - many door handles are loose, fall out - front door handles completely down - room doors squeak - faucet wobbles, shower rod wobbles - shower head calcified - living room table is almost falling apart - baseboards are loosely leaning against the wall - Wi-Fi reception is constantly interrupted, no work possible on the laptop - 1 bowl, 1 pan (regarding well-equipped kitchen) - temperature knob on the stove defective - TV in the living room has 2 German channels - TV in room 1 has 1 German channel - TV in room 2 does not work at all - washing machine, but no laundry basket - no foosball table and hammock, as mentioned in the description - garden not for exclusive use, as stated in the description - no loungers (as stated), only chairs - power outage for 12 hours (due to local bad weather) Overall, the medium-sized unit was quite worn out and unloved, certainly too small for the indicated possible 7 people. We managed just fine with four of us. Upon arrival, there was still 1/2 hour of cleaning and tidying up, and there was no welcome from the landlord, although present. Positive: - we could check out 2 hours later upon request - we could use the garden from the neighboring property for 5 days (larger pool, trampoline, and climbing frame for the child)
