A cozy holiday resort in the immediate vicinity of the Parsęta River. Quiet area, within a few steps to the resort center. 650 m to the beach. Close to the fish market, where you can buy fresh fish straight from the cutter.
A comfortable, very spacious apartment (ground floor) can accommodate a group of guests up to 14 people. It consists of a living room (large table, TV, video game console) connected to a perfectly equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers (there is a washing machine) and a separate toilet. There is a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and deckchairs. There is a playground with a trampoline. Central heating. Wireless internet is available.
On the fenced area there is a sauna (included in the price of the stay) with a tub, where you can cool off, a summer kitchen, parking and a nice barbecue gazebo with barbecue equipment. There is direct access from the property to the river bank, where you can relax on deckchairs or relax while fishing. For all guests of the facility, there is also a rowing boat at their disposal (free of charge).
There is a possibility of buying breakfast on site.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, sauna, final cleaning, internet, parking, cot and high chair (reservation required), rowing boat.
The biggest attraction of the Kołobrzeg health resort is the wide, sandy seaside beach. There are also many walking routes, in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the oceanarium, the sea port, the cathedral. For families with children, we recommend going to the Pomerania Fun Park. This is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kołobrzeg).

We had initially envisioned the property somewhat differently. Overall, however, it was well furnished, and especially the large kitchen with the adjoining living area worked very well for our group. Originally, we had booked the accommodation for 14 people, but in the end, we were only 11 people – which turned out to be suitable in hindsight. In our assessment, the sleeping arrangements are only limitedly suitable for 14 adults. The sofas, which are intended as additional sleeping places, are not particularly comfortable for the back and are also quite short and small for two people. The two very small bathrooms are also an organizational challenge with an occupancy of 14 people, although it is fundamentally feasible. We were somewhat surprised by the use of the barbecue area, which is mentioned in the description. This can only be used after prior registration and in coordination with the other holiday apartments on the premises. The same applies to the sauna, for which time slots must be booked in advance, as it is shared by several units. This information would have been helpful if it had been communicated more clearly in the description. An indoor pool is also mentioned in the description. On the premises themselves, however, we could not find one; instead, a nearby swimming pool is referenced. From our perspective, this is more part of the surroundings than the direct amenities of the accommodation. We would like to highlight very positively the friendly welcome as well as the good accessibility of the hosts. For questions – for example, about extension cords or other concerns – we were quickly and easily assisted via WhatsApp. The property was also very attractive in terms of price for our group. Therefore, we can overlook some minor limitations. However, it would be helpful if certain points – such as the shared use of the sauna and barbecue area – were communicated more transparently in advance, so that guests can better prepare for it. We particularly liked the location of the accommodation. Although it is located near a railway line, it is very close to the beach, and both the center and shopping facilities are easily accessible. Overall, we thank you for an uncomplicated stay.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We appreciated having two bathrooms, which made the mornings easier! The sauna was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring Kołobrzeg. We would return without hesitation.
