The newly built holiday home is located in the middle of the Wolin National Park, in an idyllic and direct location on the Szczecin lagoon. Bright and modern furnished and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the lagoon of Szczecin. If you wish, you can rent two canoes on site and take a water excursion on the Szczecin Lagoon. The village of Karnocicie is located about 5 km west of Wollin, 23 km southwest of Kamie? A new house with 2 separate apartments in a small, very quiet settlement by the lagoon. 15 km away from the Baltic Sea, supermarket, and restaurants. The house is well-maintained and equipped with functioning underfloor heating, terrace, and garden. The owner lives in the neighboring house. He is easily reachable, reserved, but very helpful. In October: no mosquitoes. We felt very comfortable!

A cozy and modern house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were a highlight for us. We spent evenings grilling in the garden and enjoying the serene atmosphere.

I spent a week in this vacation home and it was such a relaxing experience. The view from the balcony took my breath away, especially during sunrise. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary things for preparing meals. We even rented kayaks and spent the whole day on the water, which was amazing. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for relaxation and wanting to enjoy nature!

Overall, a wonderful experience! The holiday home was perfectly located for our trips to Wolin National Park, the hosts were very hospitable and provided us with many local tips, I would like to return!
