Large holiday home with plenty of space for a holiday with family or friends. A large garden invites you to relax, play or barbecue and on hot summer days you can cool off in the private outdoor pool. You reach a lake in only about 300 meters - here you can enjoy the tranquility and fishing. The small village of Kolczewo is located in the middle of the island of Wollin, right on Lake Kolzower and only three kilometers from the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of nature, yet you can quickly reach the lively Baltic Sea resorts. Regular buses also take you comfortably to the cities of Kolberg or Swinoujscie, and in summer they even run quite often.

The garden of the house is a real highlight. Especially the pool and the outdoor toilet. The house itself is well equipped. Some rooms are very nice, others could use a refresh. There is more than enough dishware available. An oven is not present, only cooktops. The owner is very friendly, speaks very good German, and is reachable via WhatsApp. Great is the lake in direct proximity to the house. Perfect for paddleboarding.

Very beautiful house in a quiet small place. The rooms were all in good condition. Everything was clean and functionally furnished. Necessary little things were also considered. There were tabs for the washing machine, the dishwasher, garbage bags, etc. available. All hygiene products were also provided. The outdoor area is very well maintained. A large covered dining area next to the outdoor kitchen with a view of the pool and playground is also ideal for smaller children. The property is completely fenced, so we could let our dogs run around freely without worry. Highly recommended for larger families. We were with 8 people and there was still plenty of space. Would love to come back again.

Really nice house, well maintained and the host was very friendly. The basics (bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, etc.) were available. The only annoying thing is the intervening Belvilla company. When you contact the host through FEWO, the inquiry goes to Belvilla. Here, it was always said in a snappy manner to contact the host directly.

Some rooms have been renovated and there are still some old photos on the homepage, we were all enthusiastic about the house, very nice landlord, all places were easy to reach, it was about 20 minutes by bike to the beach, it would be further at any time recommend,
