The converted mill has been furnished with great attention to detail and stands on a fenced plot of 250 square meters in a rural area near the town of Barcelos. Stay outside was good. Not everything was equally clean inside. The curtains were not fresh. There was mold in the shower and the toilet seat was loose. The kitchen cabinets could not be closed due to age.

Unfortunately, the booking in the mill was a total misbooking. It was very dirty, the furniture was very, very old and smelled musty. Ants were everywhere in the kitchen and there wasn't even a vacuum cleaner. We called the owner and complained. After all, she sent a cleaning crew late Monday afternoon, although we had already arrived on Saturday. The outside of the accommodation hadn't even been cleaned. You couldn't sit on the loungers because the trailers were outdoors and so were constantly at the mercy of the weather. There was even dog poo on the porch. The holiday suffered a lot because of this.
