The views here are different, the entire place is spacious and feels like a luxurious retreat, super clean and all amenities are on point, exploring the Zillertal Arena was a pleasure, I can hardly wait to come back!

A perfect retreat for our family! The spacious living area and cozy bedrooms provided us all the comfort we needed. The sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a day of hiking. The location above Königsleiten is peaceful, and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding hiking trails.

The accommodation was quite large (for 2 families 7 people) and nicely furnished, but there were a few small things missing in everyday use, such as reasonable loungers in the outdoor area

We were very satisfied with the house and the facilities in the house! Everything was very clean in the house upon arrival and we felt very welcome! A very modern and cozy place to stay!
